Telemedicine services

TeleConsulta MD: For urgent medical issues, but not for emergencies. We offer access to certified doctors from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week. This is helpful if you develop symptoms outside of normal office hours. These sessions use secure systems that follow HIPAA health privacy standards.

Tele Consulta: Phone helpline with fully trained healthcare staff (nurses) using the latest technology. Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, free of charge.

How to make the most out of telemedicine

For a successful virtual appointment, make sure you have a stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone. Prepare your questions in advance and have your current list of medications on hand. Find a private, well-lit space for the appointment.

Remember that telemedicine can be used for many consultations, but you may need a physical exam in some cases. Your doctor will tell you when you need to come in for a visit.
